Returns and Exchanges Policy

• Eligibility: Wigs can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the delivery or ship date.
• Condition: The item must be unaltered and in its original, unused, perfect, and sellable condition. This includes all original tags and packaging. For front lace items, the lace front must not be cut.
• Returns: A full refund will be issued if the return meets all conditions. Processing may take 5-7 business days from the date the item is received. The goods have to be sent to us at the registered address by the buyer.

• Exchanges: One complimentary exchange or return is allowed per customer. Additional exchanges or returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. To initiate an exchange, you must contact customer care + 919833937530.
