We recommend booking at least 3–5 days ahead to secure your preferred slot, especially for home trials.

Is there a charge for the appointment?

Appointments are completely complimentary — no booking fee for either a home trial or studio visit.

What should I bring or prepare?

For home trials, just be at your address at the booked time. For studio visits, feel free to bring reference photos or a list of questions — our team will take care of the rest.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes, via the confirmation email sent after booking. Please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Do you offer online consultations?

Yes! If you’re outside Mumbai, you can book an online session here.
