Refund & Exchange Policy
At Reeora Hair Artists LLP (“Reeora”), each product is custom-made and tailored specifically to the individual requirements of the customer. Due to the personalised and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, the following policy applies:
1. Nature of Products
All wigs, hair systems, toppers, and customised hair solutions are made-to-order products, manufactured in accordance with the specifications selected and approved by the customer, including but not limited to length, colour, density, base type, and styling.
Once an order is confirmed and/or payment is made, the product enters the manufacturing process and cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. No Refund Policy
Reeora follows a strict no-refund policy for all customised and made-to-order products.
Payments made towards such products are non-refundable, as manufacturing is initiated specifically for the customer and involves advance commitments to production and materials.
3. Trial, Use and Acceptance
Where a customer tries, wears, or uses a product during a consultation, fitting session, trial, or after delivery:
A. Such use shall constitute acceptance of the product, unless a manufacturing defect is clearly communicated at that time.
- Continued possession or use of the product shall be deemed acceptance.
Products that have been worn, styled, cut, altered, or otherwise used shall not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety considerations.
4. Inspection and Rectification (Primary Remedy)
In the event of any concern relating to fit, styling, or adjustment, Reeora shall be provided a reasonable opportunity to inspect and rectify the product, including through:
A. Alteration
- Adjustment
- Repair
- Modification
- Replacement (where deemed appropriate)
Customised products may require fine-tuning after manufacturing.
Refund shall not be available where the customer refuses inspection, alteration, or rectification.
5. Reporting of Issues
Any concern relating to manufacturing defects must be reported to Reeora within 48 hours of delivery or trial, along with supporting details.
Failure to report within this period shall result in the product being deemed accepted.
6. Hygiene and Safety
Wigs, toppers, and hair systems are personal-use hygiene products that come into direct contact with the scalp.
Accordingly:
A. Used products cannot be returned
- Products must not be tampered with, altered, or damaged
- Reeora reserves the right to refuse any request where hygiene or usage concerns arise
7. Subjective Expectations
Variations in:
A. Hair texture
- Density perception
- Colour tone
- Styling outcome
- Fall and movement
may occur based on lighting, styling methods, scalp profile, and individual expectations.
Such differences are subjective in nature and shall not be treated as defects where the product has been manufactured as per the approved specifications.
8. Non-Custom / Ready Products (If Applicable)
For select non-customised or ready-to-ship products (if any), exchange requests may be considered at Reeora’s sole discretion, subject to:
A. Product being unused and in original condition
- Request raised within a reasonable timeframe
- Inspection and approval by Reeora
9. Service-Based Products
Services such as consultations, home trials, or appointment-based services are non-refundable, including applicable service fees.
10. Misuse and Incorrect Claims
Reeora reserves the right to reject any request that is:
A. Inconsistent with prior communication
- Based on incorrect or misleading claims
- Made after prolonged use of the product

12. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
