Terms & Conditions:

1. Service Fee & Booking
• A non-refundable service fee of ₹500 is required for each home trial visit, payable in advance via Reeora's payment channels.
• This fee covers logistics and professional assistance during the visit.

2. Product Limits & Duration
• Maximum of 5 products per home trial session.
• Each session lasts 45-60 minutes from the representative's arrival.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or rescheduling within 4 hours result in forfeiture of the service fee; no refunds or credits will be issued.

4. Safety & Home Environment
• A female adult (18+) must be present for the entire visit. The environment must be clean and safe; service may be refused if conditions are unsatisfactory.

5. Product Handling & Care
• Products remain Reeora's property until fully paid; customers must handle them carefully to avoid damage or staining, which may incur fees or require purchase of damaged items.
